They discovered he's got a disease called Ulcerative Colitis. Unfortunately, there's no cure for this and it's something he'll have the rest of his life.
He's on a course of Steroids for a few weeks then back to the hospital for an Upper GI where they'll look for Crohn's Disease in his small intestine.
As terrible as it all sounds, and is, Kruz is still your typical ornery, mischievous, playful two-year old.
Here he is after his day at the hospital listening to his tunes and taking care of Kori's baby doll for her.

Poor little Kruz! He's a tough little guy! I hope to see you all really soon!
YAY: U R back & BOO, of course to such sad news about kruz . . . but, seriously, could he be any more adorable than these 2 photos? whatta cutie pie. even tho it sounds scary, it's good he's been diagnosed & that it's something that can be "managed" - i went online to read as much as i could about it - esp for someone so young & i'm glad U figured out what was up, there are a lotta stories about parents not knowing what was wrong for way too long. also, LOVE the pix of your 3 month old big girl. i love how her outfit matches her chair :) welcome back to your blog - U were greatly missed. love, auntie kris
I just checked your blog this weekend for updates and while I'm a bit jealous Kris logged in today first, I was happy to receive her E that you updated. I'm so bummed about Kruz, poor little boy, life should be easier when you're 2. Mom(GreatGrandma) said he looked good Sunday, played like all the kids. And she used the word 'beautiful!' to describe Kendall, I would agree. She is definetly your baby, looks as adorable as all the others. Wish I'd gone to the airport to see Bucky, well let's be honest I it would have liked to see all of you! Shh, don't tell him :) Anyway, glad you're back on and keep keepin' us posted. Hope more people were supportive than not, life is too hard these days to kick each other when we're down. Aunt Mindy
